All positions are unpaid and assigned by the General Assembly. The term of office has a duration of two years.
The Board is composed of a Chairman, a Secretary, a Treasurer and the number of vocales determined by the General Assembly and meets at least twice a year on the initiative or request of a simple majority of its members.
